I have a fun before and after for you here on the blog today. This was a beautiful table before I got my hands on it, but now it's a fun POP of color that will make the whole room a little more fun.
This table has a distressed finish complete with worm holes and all.
After the paint was dry (it took 3 coats to achieve this color). It was time to apply a topcoat. Topcoats aren't always necessary over Milk Paint, but my client wanted an extra layer of protection and a little more shine. The topcoat I used was General Finishes High Performance Top Coat in flat finish.
And just like that, this table is finished! See, I told you it was a bright POP of a fun color.
You can see here the top coat gives it a little bit of shine. It's so pretty.
This table was delivered today back to its dining room where it lives. So happy to add a bit of life with this happy piece!
Until next time,
