Continuing the house tour today through the kitchen, living room, my favorite powder room and deck!

I’m only showing one kitchen photo leading into the dining room because there are about 5,431 posts about it all here (just kidding, but man the kitchen makeover was a big project). Each of those posts have sources for the kitchen decor and projects.

Some of the links included in this post are affiliate links.  They are there to help you find similar products to those I’ve used, using the links doesn’t cost you anything!  Any proceeds go to support more fun blog projects! To see my full disclosure policy, click here.

Through the kitchen is the living room.  I made over the brick wall with an easy grout change here.  And you can find a tutorial for my giant window mirror (on the wall on the left) here.  I gave the ceiling an update with the cedar planks too.

Here are a few similar candle sticks – can there ever be enough candle sticks? And my velvet navy chair was a great find at a local consignment store, but I found a similar one here.

On the other side of the kitchen is the tiniest powder room ever, but it was a great little room to have some fun in with a pallet plank half wall.  I painted this door green (Behr Happy Camper) just for fun, made a sink from a sewing cabinet and a vintage sink basin.  And added a fun pop of pattern and color with faux roman shades.  Here’s a similar mirror to my sunburst mirror.

We are lucky enough to have an enormous deck (which is a real pain to stain – believe you me) that we like to hang out on all the time.  Our deck heater (like this one) it extends the time we can be out there through out the year, and it’s nice to turn it on when the nights get a little chilly.  Here’s a great looking patio set, just like ours – I found ours at a thrift store in the middle of winter – so always check places like that first!
